I don't know of anything that I eat dont have salt in it ...hell I got a water softener ... like I said I learned a little salt trick off those girls on Cook's Country..... they said if you don't add salt to start with ....it's going to take hordes more salt to get it to a base point..... try this, get you some peanuts in the Shell with no salt ever added ... yuck... and I like sugar in my candy bars to .... Yep. I suppose you could salt your spaghetti afterwards...rather than the water its cooked in.
