Thx not bad for 70 yr old coot. Almost sold it last fall. I will sell it eventually tho, tuff on my bad shoulder even with light H4895 loads. 130s at 2800fps. Could go lower.

Good shooting dusty246. Gotta love a great shooting fwt!! When I find one that shoots with my Tikka's, I know I have a keeper.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Love those Model 70’s!
I bought a 1951 Standard grade some time back and put a Leupold 6X scope on top. It’s classic lines and .30-06 chambering made it an instant favorite.
