Picked up a Colt SOCOM and put together a cheap PSA. Will see how they do this week. Colt trigger is awful, wish I would have grabbed one on sale this past week. Probably just get another Larue. PSA build seems solid for the price, but time will tell.

James Madison Tactical JMT black ops$100 worth of joy. Triggers made near me by aircraft parts manufactures and shooters.

I like the quality flip up rear smashed under that SS.
Very cool.

The Colt will most likely get a RDS as well. No spares here at the moment though.

Primary Arms had the CMC triggers on sale recently for $99, I bought 5. I would keep an eye on them, because they have a habit of repeating sales.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better trigger for the money than this - LRT included. FCD

I bought a new Colt a couple weeks ago & it's got the worst trigger I've ever had in an AR that I can remember. At least neither one of us was singled out.

Glad all my old Colts didn't have triggers that bad. However, over the years I have swapped them all out for Geissele SSA-E's. $159 was the most I ever paid for one, buying them on sale whenever I saw them

Yeah, the older Colts had the .170 trigger/hammer pins, so it limits your choices for replacement.
