Well Finally I can let people know My wife has auditioned For this Years Voice TV show in Australia so make sure if you’re wife or family watch the show to keep an eye out for my wife Elly poletti from Phillip Island I’ll touch base when she’s on but if you want to see what she’s about she has Instagram ellypolettimusic and has some cool stuff on there , been a pretty good experience and hopefully we will get plenty exposure from this just have to see what happens! Oh heck yeah! Brother, she is good. I suspect she'll go deep. Good range, with a bluesy soulful character, nails the soft/sweet notes and powers up without being shouty.

I would very much like to be able to keep track of how this works out for her. Please let her know that I genuinely appreciate a smooth clear voice like she has. If she stays as honest as that video you shared was, I have no doubt that she'll do very well. Long as she doesn't try to force and fake something she's not. She's fantastic just the way she is.
There have been two people somewhat local to me (at least within 50 miles) of me that have been on America's Got Talent and the Voice. Both did very well.
She's gonna knock them out of their seats. She did me at least.

Please let her know that if they don't pick her, it's because they're deaf or stupid or both. My wife and I both love her voice and singing style. She's a winner either way in our book.

As for where she needs to look?
My friend, when she's on that stage, she sings to the audience. You let them worry about where the cameras are pointing. Those cameras are nothing but a distraction.
She sings to the people right there in the back row. That way she sees everyone sitting right there in front of her who are there wanting to hear her. That's what a performer does.
Sing to everyone in the room. Let them run the rest of the show.

I was talking about when they were filming me 😂 I looked like a bright red stunned mullet! They put makeup on so they look fine and turn the lights up hopefully they don’t show me again!! 😃

Yes she’s off the show now it was great for elly and great for the kids also we had a lot of fun and made connections and learnt a lot from the experience
Glad you all had a good time. Hopefully coming off the show early means she can sign on with a label and get a single or two out that much sooner. She's got the talent!!!
Thank you! Yes there contracts are brutal she will be out by December I think but anything she releases in the meantime would be owned by them so even prior work had to be put on hold they really know how to stitch you up !
