Looking for a reasonable gunsmith that will install an m16 extractor on a model 7 and 700 bolt. Looking for a quick turnaround also. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about the m16 style extractor but I had Olsen's gunsmithing of Plains Montana do several Sako style extractor in a few remingtons around 2005ish and it was very fast.
