Very nice,i bought a very early one many years ago,for slug hunting here in N.Y. It was $139.00 ,30 years ago,it had nice wood like that.
It came with a slug barrel and a Mod. bird barrel.It was very accurate with Rem. slugs,i was cleaning it after i sighted in the slug barrel.i dropped it ,barrel first,on the carpet i had in front of my work bench.It had no damage to the barrel,but the magazine tube was slid foward about 1/2". I looked in there and saw the magazine tube was held in by two pieces of plastic,not screwed in,i pushed it back in gently,and it popped back in place,something to look out for.Good luck with it.

I have one. Very plain Jane. Took a yearling moose with it. But it did shoot up the store it was in in Galena, Alaska, after the store was broken into one night.

Got it as a "used gun".
