Correct Jeff...
Lots of twists and turns in the telling...
They lost 100% of everything a years or three ago to a fire... Insurance denied claim.
A bunch more stuff as well... but we are helping them come back huge... hopefully.
Even the landlord is part of the solution (i.e. rock bottom rent).
Outstanding community.
I did them a 20' x 20' cabin design just last week that can leave their shop on a bumper pull trailer (you install)... that will sell at $15k... 10" x 10" x 10'/12' columns, 6" x 19" beams (that will be another post in a few months).
Edit... anyone driving the Florida Keys can see the purple ChesLight just after the 7 mile bridge (I think I have that right).

Their shop... but I am an unusual client.
I volunteer labor and architecture there...
Kinda solve problems that come up... tweek efficiencies etc.
Bought them a 25" Shaper/Molder last month... cuts the dados... gang rips... saves a boat load of time.
They benefit... I benefit... kinda thing.

Hell... I ain't even got the road in to Papa Bear. Then 42 yard of concrete up a mountain 7.8 CY at a time... one load a day max...

I got a big ass sink hole on the mountain... That is where the name came from... Might come up with a better name later.
