I’m sure you’re unfamiliar with both. Yes just like you are to a women’s touch. Boom! I'm up to over my age doing 8 lb, one gallon water jug in each hand, curls most every morning when I use them to fill the bird bath and water the potted plants out front. 100 crunches, 70+ leg lifts, 30-35 squats with 30 lbs in my hands, and a couple of other things. Not bad for an old man that eats carbs..........and protein. I don't have a cable machine or I'd use it too, but I don't pay someone to use their exercise room. See cheapskate thread.
