Anyone buying No. 1's these days.. ?

I'm thinning down the herd and have a few (several) that I'm thinking about selling.

Figured I would check here before putting them on the classifieds.

Thx,
Todd

I only buy them if they are really cheap. Don’t find those too often though.

I think you’ll find a good bit of interest on the Fire but as I’m sure you’ve noticed, there’s more than a few crabby old men of firm opinion.

I remember buying No. 1's for $450...$600 for really nice wood or odd ball stuff.

I don't have a 257 Bee anymore. I sold a whack of No.1's to buy a piece of property, and I know that was one of them.

I'll have to do a safe dive and see what I've got left...

Prices are high right now. I was looking at a 270 the other day for a buddy and the shop wanted $1,400.00 for it. A lot of guys love them though. When I take mine to the range, I always get guys coming up and asking about it. You should be able to sell yours relatively easy. Good luck with it

If you do decide to sell, I expect that you’ll see a lot of interest for any reasonable price. I’m not in the market but I have a hard time turning down a No.1. Good luck

I recently gave $1400 for a NIB 308 Win 1A. A very hard find. The USPS lost it for four months but it is now here. So yes, chambering and condition matters.
