Impressed with my Nessmuk from Kurt Swearingen. Helped quarter a moose for a friend. Turned out I was the one doing most of the work skinning, quartering and popping knuckles to break down into pack size pieces. Highly recommend his knives. No affiliation, just a very happy customer.
Cleaned it up for elk season next weekend. Hopefully I can use it.
