Is it possible to use a 7mm/.280 neck die on 7-08
Brass ? I have the .280 neck die but no 7-08.
I need to reload some 7-08 for a friend and I was trying to not fl size.

I have a Lee 7mm Mauser neck sizing die and wonder if it would work as well. It’s home in Connecticut right now so interested in what others say.

I need to reload some 7-08 for a friend and I was trying to not fl size. Stand up the two cases next to one another. Look at where the 7-08 neck ends and I think you'll see it's a no-go.
