thanks guys~! I'm not the team taster...:)..I'm the pitmaster and cooler checker! I can't give no temps/times..as the bbq super bowel is comming  ...... u can how ever,wring it out and wash your hands! lol.... BTW 18 beers is mouthwash in these parts...its cold and dark remember
