I'll have to take Pard Flave's review and skip it.

Most of the humor is shallow and sophomoric. I can appreciate that at times. Some of it was outrageous and unpredictable though. Who the hell expected her to walk out of the ocean naked and get into a fight?

After all the nudes of her "leaked" a few years ago, there's nothing new left to show.

Shallow and sophomoric can be done very well. This movie is just dog schit writing with the same Rom Com template that has been used 10,000Xs over.

It's not, not worth watching but the movie sucks.

It's worth the time.

If you need to watch Netflix to see a tit and some bush, I can understand why you'd think this was a good movie.

I thought it was pretty good. Funny as hell. Folks can read into it whatever they want. The beta jew-boy found his nuts at the end, and the townie slut moved on with her life. Win win.

Pards and non Pards, we watched it before bicycle Paul posted about it. I can say I wouldn’t start a thread about it and recommend people to watch it. Billygoatgruff got me on a recommendation the lioness that show sucked entire time I was waiting for the main character to get shot in the face. He liked it because episode 6 had a full on girl on girl scene. So like you he gave it a resounding 2 thumbs up.

I didn’t give it 2 thumbs up, I said it was surprisingly good and had a pro life message in an episode, and at the end it drove a nail in the “working mom” mythology.

His all time favorite movie is Legends of the Fall.

Which is also a romantic comedy.

I don’t think anyone said it was going to win an oscar. It was predictable and sophomoric. But it sure as schit had some funny scenes.
