Pards and non Pards, we watched it before bicycle Paul posted about it. I can say I wouldn’t start a thread about it and recommend people to watch it. Billygoatgruff got me on a recommendation the lioness that show sucked entire time I was waiting for the main character to get shot in the face. He liked it because episode 6 had a full on girl on girl scene. So like you he gave it a resounding 2 thumbs up. His all time favorite movie is Legends of the Fall. Which is also a romantic comedy. By and large your movie recommendations suck. That's what you said about rare steak and sardines.
