How about White refugees from South Africa?
Refugees are never White, refugees are dark skinned, have little to no education, have little to no ability to fend for themselves and cannot survive without somebody or some thing holding their hand with handouts.
When white people that have already built a successful life get driven from that life, they get back on their own two feet without being propped up by others. If they do accept help, it is only temporary, not life long and generational.
