Doesn't matter. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still just a pig.

Maybe, but considering the present dearth of good reliable options in .357 rifles and carbines, I’ll suffer this one.

Much handier now with the red dot, though still a little heavy due to the heavy barrel. Trigger is nice, functions perfectly. The actions are very simple, much more so than the Savages.

My .410 is lighter and has the old-style forend with wrap-around checkering. They should bring that back; it’s much nicer. With the right tube installed, it shoots slugs really well, throws killing patterns with TSS to at least 40 yards, and breaks clays nicely, if at a fearful cost…..

Just checked the website and they now show all the shotgun models as drilled and tapped for a scope mount. I harped on that every time I spoke with them. That’s a big plus for turkey and deer hunters. I paid a bunch to have that done to my .410.

Sending the Henry off to be rec hammered to 357 Max per Bellm's recomnmendation

I did this earlier last year. Never finished load development due to some family issues but it was showing definite promise with 180g Fury bullets.
