Appreciate the help.
I am making the Emeril recipe tonight.
Would still like to have some more recipes as fall and winter are perfect for making red beans and rice.

I made Emerils Sunday it was very good. Would be too spicy for some. We will definitely do it again.

There are probably other brands just as good, but around here Camellia is the favored one.

This is the one I have used for 25 years. But I have also got a quick fix with a diced sweet onion, green pepper , celery sautéed with sliced andouille. Dump in some canned small red beans and some cajun spice simmer for 15/ 20 minutes and serve over white rice with hot sauce
