I can't speak to the Stocky's Tikka Composite but the Howa Mini carbon fiber is very good---light and stiff. Price is much less than Manners too.

Mine took some inletting work and I had to repair a crack in the fill material, but it was a light and stiff stock. Fit and finish left a little to be desired, for a drop-in stock. Ultimately, the grip angle was too open for my liking so I sent it down the road and replaced it with a Wildcat, which I prefer.

Yes. Love it. The vertical grip version.
There's a better version in the works

I have two. Lightweight and stiff. Didn’t need to bed either one but some file work is needed on the tang area as it’s a tad proud.
Yup.

I've been shooting the VG version Jackson_Handy mentioned. It's light, stiff (foreend at least), and fit well. The buttstock seems very hollow/thin on material but I've noticed the same on Stocky's Howa mini stocks and it's not slowing me down from using them. Like J_H mentioned, there's a new VG version being designed that should work very well for prone. I like the current VG but it could use the shorter trigger reach that the updated version will have...can be worked around by choking up.
I've gone back and forth on picking up one of the sporter styles like 338 linked. Most of my shooting with the VG has been prone, but most of my shooting while hunting is off hand/upright. The VG works fine but the sporter would work just as well and be a slimmer stock for carry. Definitely a first world problem.
