For 15 years I did biohazard and crime scene cleanup as part of my healthcare infection control gig. All I can say is pets seldom go hungry when their owners die. Indoor Crime Scenes? Murders, suicides, natural death.

How do you die of hypothermia in August? Heat exhaustion, sure. Its the Colorado Rockies, not the Florida swamp. You can get snow on the fourth of July.

You don't want me to go into detail, but when grandma dies and there is no more food for the dogs and cats she was hoarding, let's just say they don't starve.

You don't want me to go into detail, but when grandma dies and there is no more food for the dogs and cats she was hoarding, let's just say they don't starve. If that is what you saw then being confined some extremely hungry animals would do that. The JR that was found with his owners was 6lbs. That is a huge weight loss for a dog that small.

If that is what you saw then being confined some extremely hungry animals would do that. The JR that was found with his owners was 6lbs. That is a huge weight loss for a dog that small. After about 25ish days, let's just say most of the dogs won.
