I'm thinking our own infantry men need a good supply of shotguns and a gooder supply of Black Cloud TSS shells, and the training to hit with them.

3 1/2" 12 gauge with some 00 buck would be a good option. The "Trench Broom" worked in WW I, so why mess with success?

As graphically demonstrated, certainly anything is better than a stick. However, most of these consumer suicide drones are carrying shaped charge penetrators so they can still reach out and touch you should you be lucky enough to see it and shoot it before it strikes.

This is the new battlefield and it's going to be challenging to address drone swarms. One thing is for sure, Putin has lost a bunch of valuable men and material to cheap consumer drones. Hope our military geniuses are watching and learning...

At the bottom of the page are links to other videos. Be warned, they're most all closeups of people dying violently, accompanied by some celebratory or even comical music score. Not much sympathy in warfare.


As to a shotgun defense, how are you going to defend against something like this coming in this fast? The soldier fires at the large drone he can see above him recording the scene while the actual attack drone comes in fast and low.

The military-industrial complex answer seems to be let's build more Aircraft Carriers and F-35s.

We could have 85,000 small drones for one F-35 or 12.9 million drones for one aircraft carrier.

I'll just leave this here because with my APS (Active Protection System) I am basically safe from any and all drones.
