I have two, a Pavona in 9mm and a MC 14T in .380.
The Pavona likes to double, and the MC 14T likes to jam.
Normal for these, or did I get the pick of the litter??

I have a lightweight P35 (aluminum frame and short barrel) that runs great and carries well. I also have a regular P35 from Tisas that runes just as well as my Browning Hi Power. No complaints from me, sorry to hear about your misfortune.

I have a Girsan MC-P35 Match, it's a nice pistol. Had some issues with the front sight sliding around in the dovetail, Loktite fixed that minor nuisance. I shot it this morning, nice pistol, and it shoots nice, too. I don't much care for the finish (Cerakoting), but since most handguns have that, or a facsimile thereof, these days, it's just something I have to get used to. It's no target gun, but it shoots well enough to suit me.

I don't have any serious beef with the Hi Power clones, but I have zero experience with any of their other products. The Hi Power clones are dandy pistols.
