How are these rifles, .223 Rem in particular? I'm not thrilled about the 24" barrel but price ($399 after rebate) and twist rate (1:7) look promising. I can always shorten the barrel to something more suppressor friendly.

I've got a 600 LUX, which sold for a LOT more than $399 I would snap up that Alpha in an instant if you are looking for accuracy .

My only concern would the mag length if you want to seat longer bullets. Ingwe told me earlier that the magazine doesn't have a ton of room.

I bought a 243 win … pretty sure it is 1-7 twist the same as the 6 creed . Couldn’t find published data on the 243 win👍

I lost interest in them when they decided to drop the barrel-swap feature. For $400, sure, what the Hell?
I handled one like ingwe has and it was very nice. The safety seems very intuitive.
What fresh Hell is this?

Eurooptic has the 30-06 in stock for $549 minus the rebate if that's your cup of tea.

Last time I looked, Grab a Gun had them in 223 for $499 and you could get 20 bucks more off by signing up for their email. $379 after a rebate is a steal.

Ingwe told me earlier that the magazine doesn't have a ton of room. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS But its your choice, I havent found anything on four legs I couldnt kill with a good 55-60 gr bullet. I never saw the rationale behind buying a nice fast little cartridge like the .223 then intentionally slowing it down with big bullets. JMHO
