Last night, we had brats, beans, and cornbread. Wonderful meal with a few leftovers. So this morning, I made one of my favorite "Britfasts" of beans on toast.
One slice of buttered toast
1/2 to 2/3 cup of baked beans
One brat, sliced into "pennies"
1/4 cup grated cheddar.
Warm the beans mixed with the brat slices in microwave
Scoop beans and brats onto buttered toast
Top with cheese
Microwave again to melt cheese
Enjoy!
