Gents, Happy Thanksgiving to all. Good luck this buck season. Be Safe!!!
I'd like to know who makes a synthetic stock set for a No.1 rifle?? Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Semper Fidelis Soup

MPI does, but the stock set I got from them required a lot of work to fit. It included adding fiberglass material to one side of the forearm and removing quite a bit of material from the inside to get it to fit. I am happy with the end results despite the additional work. I did post that build here a year ago.
I do have another stock set from I think Fiber-pro. Would have to check latter tonight. That set looks like it will require a lot less work, but not sure if I will be using it for another project or not. Contemplating a 7mm PRC build.

Hookeye,
That outfit looks the best so far.
I've got a No.1 RSI in .243 that I was thinking of setting up to deer hunt in Pennsylvania with a synthetic stock. I don't know if I should or use my 1a and leave the RSI original? Both are .243 and Mark Penrod did a trigger job -glass bedded and free floated the barrel on the 1a. By the way, your CanJar trigger that Mark installed in .22-2501V is obscene!!!! Even when it's not SET it's fantastic. Have a nice Thanksgiving! Semper fidelis Soup

Need to have something done on my dads beater B in .22-250. See if Penrod says its still good or needs a new bbl. Am NOT a .22-250 fan but dang if it aint perfect for chucks. Could go .243 if its toast. Or maybe a hot .25 cal.
Will ask Penrod who he thinks is good for a synth stock.

Hook I sent a pm to El Numero Uno with a bunch of questions. I haven’t heard from him yet, but I’m interested in a synthetic for the RSI. Don’t even know if they make them. I had a beautiful stock made by Fred Smith the previous owner of Bullberry. The first time I took it hunting it must’ve bounced off the tree 🌳 pulling it up 1/2 dozen times!!! I love nice wood, especially on a No.1 but it’s really tough not to abuse them. Maybe some one on the Fire 🔥 has a practical solution. Semper Fidelis Soup
