Our 'esteemed leader', (AKA Prez Brandon) has decided gov't needs to crack down on freezers and refrigerators because it's so OBVIOUS that they're contributing mightily to our environment and 'climate change'... Is there anything this POS and his Dem cronies will not try to micro-manage and shove this green crap down our throats?? (From WPDE) = "Biden admin releases regulations targeting use of certain refrigerators, freezers. WASHINGTON (TND) — The Biden administration released a new set of environmental regulations to mitigate carbon emissions Friday that, in part, target refrigerators and freezers." When will we get the regulations dictating how many breaths we may be allowed to take in any one given month or year? EFF BIDEN and the bish-ho he rode into office with!

Ice will then be heavily regulated.. And one can only buy from an 'approved' retailer... Cannot make your own. If you try and gov't finds out, they'll cap your well or shut off city water supply as a small 'penalty'...

That's why there bad for the Environment, there junk now, they leak and don't last, cheap parts, have 2 dehumidifiers from the 60's in my gun room, best things made, now you buy one you better buy the extended warranty as they will stop working in a year or 2

I've moved that SOB 3 or 4 times, it's got more steel than most small cars. When we lived in the trailer, you could tell evrry time it kicked on. The lights flickered, but here we are now, and it keeps plugging on. A few years ago an appliance dealer ask me exactly it was that we wanted in a dishwasher. "Clean dishes, all of then. Every time. And one that wasn't a broke down POS in a few years." He looked me square in the eyes, "I can easy point you to ones that work very well. But you have to understand, the average service life of major appliances is 7 years." That led to a long BS session. He was an oldman, who grew up in the business. There are refrigerators out there today, that his dad sold. Mostly in people's basements, put there when they bought a new one because "That one is getting old." The replacement has been replaced multiple times.

Kind of glad I'm closer to the end of the tunnel than the entrance but I do feel bad for the young people whom are so dependent on technology and the modern conveniences of today. Many folks today think all meat and vegetables come from the supermarket...
