Decided to try my hand at doing one on a blade, I think it came out pretty good for my first time after reading how others have a hard time getting it right. Pardon the crappy cell phone pics.

Jamón is the Spanish word for ham. My pocito espanol has them pronounced similarly.

What are you using for the quench?

My broke dick attempts at knife making were a disaster more than not.

Thought I'd try again after retiring then I remember the whole thing seemed to be just like work and give up before even starting.
