After reading the thread on the Herter's Company I got wondering if anyone on the Campfire had any knowledge of the Echo equipment. I had one of these presses in the early days of my reloading career but finally had to switch when I got a new caliber for which I couldn't obtain one of the specialized shell holders I needed. It sounds like the shell holder may have been like the one used in the Herter's press i.e. it screwed onto the primer post instead of snapping into place.
I believe the parent company was E. C. Herkner (sp.) It worked well for the cartridges I had shell holders for (I think) because at that stage of my career I had no idea about straightness of cases after sizing.
I am interested in learning anything anyone knows about this company as I haven't been able to learn anything about them.

So far I haven't been able to register. I may have to wait for an acknowledgment from an administrator.
