Are ALL working on different aspects of controlling the weather… Michio Kaku (theoretical physicist) was recently on tv talking about how one of the oil rich (I think Qatar) countries recently doubled their annual rainfall by using high intensity lasers to strip hydrogen particles from oxygen particles (h2O)… I’ve posted this link before… pulled from the U.S. archives… https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/pdfs/ADA333462.pdf keep in mind that this report was approved for public consumption back in the 90s I think???
IIRC, the HAARP station was shut down about 2 years after it became operational and was turned over to the University of Alaska…
How much control the different agencies have over the weather is up for speculation, but it’s real…pay attention…
