Normally I wouldn't get too in the weeds about it but this isn't a ceremonial, go to funerals VP. This is someone that is going to be following a lame duck president , a president who may have the most important presidency of my lifetime - and he needs someone that will be able to win the election but also remain loyal and carry the torch.

Agree. Someone who can carry-on MAGA movement is a tall order. Finding a 'politician' who has vast knowledge of international trade, global energy etc.. is hard to do.
