The robbery victim held a license to carry a gun issued in another state and was released by police with no charges. Really? In Illinois? According to USCCA: Which states' permits does Illinois honor? Illinois will not honor any other states’ concealed carry permits. So...why was the shooter not held and charged? Either the "journalist" is FOS, USCCA is FOS, or the shooter walked for political reasons would be my assumption.
