Look at the bright side. Texans don’t like being told what to do, or at least that’s what they say. Should help keep it from going blue in the next election. Yeah, I dont think TX now is the same as TX circa 1886 or 1926. Austin is as blue as the worst blue region as this country has to offer. TX's rep is riding on their past. The state version of the Dallas Cowboys. We'll see.
Quit giving in inch by inch then looking back to lament the mile behind ya and wonder how to preserve those few feet left in front of ya. They'll never stop until they're stopped. That's a fact.

Correct me if I am wrong...your Supreme Court rules on law not morality? The idea is, law only. The law says that the Federal Government is supreme only in areas of power delegated to them by the US Constitution, all other powers belonging to the states. The Federal Government is empowered to defend the states from foreign invasion, but where they choose not to act, the states may. This is why we have state militias and state national guards, i.e., for situations of sudden invasion where the Federal Government cannot or will not repel the invaders.

Abbott governs by the poll numbers. He does what he thinks will keep him in office. This is and has been an invasion sponsored by this administration and it has to stop. If it's by force then so be it as far as I'm concerned. Apparently Ken Paxton feels the same.

It is interesting that there finally seems to be some serious frustration and resolve to close the border. This should have taken place many millions of illegals ago. We spotted the swamp waaaay too many. We have sentenced ourselves to a terrible financial burden, and much social and cultural misery by letting this go on for so long.
