This. I still don't understand why everyone thinks Obama is so smart. Well spoken? Yes. Smart? Debatable. He was amazing with a teleprompter, but crumbled as bad a Joe when he went off script. Although in Barry's defense, he never spoke gibberish like Joe. It's like Joe's second language.
