Yeah, walkin on the ragged edge discussing this beins I'm from Ky. & all. But it is what it is.
I enquired to a commercial, emails follow & from that phone calls. Told them the closest office was approx, 95 miles & wasn't driving a 200 mi. round trip just for a question. They pushed & I pushed back until they finally they finally agreed to give me an estimate over the phone. I told them the number of extractions & wanted full uppers & lowers, & would pay in cash.
~$34,000.
Just puttin this out there for folks bedazzled by the hype.

Sounds about right if one stays in the states. Several less affluent folks around here go to Mexico, and even with travel, they halve the cost.
If one goes that route though, for sure ask for stateside references.

Full uppers and lowers, eight implants (all on four), had to have four bone grafts to boot. Four and a half years ago in MO - $41,000

Shop around.... I got 1 implant, 2 bridges and the rest crowned for under 20,000 maybe a little more. By a hot 30 something young lady dentist. In Alabama.... yea yea I know of all places to go get teeth. Truth in advertising I had 2 insurances. Got the upper done with 2 bridges and the rest crowns I was out of pocket 4 grandish, I think the total was just under 10. The bottom was the implant and the rest crowns was around 12ish, I was out of pocket for around 7grand. They also gave discounts for paying all at once. I just used Care credit with their year no interest.Top one year cause of a failing bridge, bottom the next year. She also did the whole thing at one time, was a five hour trip for me. I don't think I had more than five or six total visits. She would schedule me for the whole morning on a friday. My dentist here told me he could hook me up for around 40, 000. Well worth the drive and hotel room. Get away from the big city..... I asked how she could do this for that amount, she told me I was paying Atlanta prices. She was a local here that married and moved away

I had a lifetime of infections and root canals, and a few years ago I was supposed to get a bunch more, with half being repeats with less than 50% chance of success, and yeah, got second and third opinions. Would have been close to $20K without any rework.
Asked my dentist if I was a good candidate for full mouth implants, and he emphatically agreed. Was $30K total package, in Billings MT.
Took the money from my 401k/IRA, and went with it. Got a good tax deduction, which helped a lot.
After a couple years to reflect, it wasn't without some issues, but would do it again absolutely. I used to get some nasty nasal infections I knew were dental related, and those are gone now. I'm sure it has improved my health a bunch.
My smile looks better too, an added bonus.

$3000 t0 $5000 each counting extraction, and individual tooth. I had four put in my lower jaw, about $12000 included the denture. You still have expenses after that, about every six months to a year, you have to put a new rubber locator in each socket of the denture that the implant mates to $100 each, plus dentist fee.
Be careful about implants in the top. They may go too deep and break in to your sinuses.Oral surgeon would look at that and say you need a graft to thicken the tissue up so it doesn't break thru, add a couple grand or more for that. I get by with just regular dentures on top because of that.

I had my complete uppers done last year. Three implants and a whole rack of fresh teeth was around 20k.

I have five implants at around $5K each. Best thing I ever did. Two are upper. No problems with those.

Geez, Clear Choice gave me an estimate of $58K for full uppers and lowers. Might be with it to fly to another state, stay over and get it done. Have to do this two times, initial extraction and temporaries and then the final implants. This was in New Jersey.

My excellent dentist told me do not use the "all in one day" places. You need several weeks for the implant base to become attached to bone before you attach the tooth part.
I had a two-on-one of two front lower teeth that had been dead for 40 years and finally deteriorated. Paid about $3k to my dentist for the tooth and another $3k to the implant guy. Also paid for a temporary bridge to wear during the healing weeks, which I would not do again. Eating without the bridge was no issue, and since it was only for a few weeks, it was wasted money IMO. Tossing that $500 gizmo in the trash made me wince.
I do not have any rubber parts that need to be replaced. It's a near permanent implant. Should last me all my remaining days. Been about six years now.

Knew a guy who went overseas to get it done to save money. He recently had to have them removed as they were not done properly.

How do veneers work? Anybody? Both teeth and gums have to be healthy to get veneers
