There was a ruling and precedent set that restrictions on the Second Ammendment must have an established history dating back to the time the Bill of Rights was adopted. Not sure I am explaining that right but I wonder if these firearms bans that are clearly unconstitutional are part of a plan to argue that firearms not in existence at that time are not protected. Any thoughts? Tell people in Illinois that

Didn’t Ky just pass a bill to allow cousin fugking? Maybe worry about Ky instead of Va. So no mentioning anything outside the state we reside in ? 10-4 got it !! As the TX boys say, “Clean up your own schit hole before you dare to criticize TX politicians”.

Tell people in Illinois that There is a you tube video where an attorney is explaining how the Our Town or whatever they are called attorneys are putting forth the argument that precedent should go back to the late 19th century and they quote territorial laws that they claim should be the basis for historical preference. It has already started. They are building up to the argument the Second Ammendment only applies to firearms in existence at the time it was adopted. They are well organized and very methodical.
