I'd like to see all states have a 'none of these' choice on every ballot for every office. If it wins a presidential election, that state has no EC votes. A 2d vote for different candidates would be useless in the EC since they'd have to vote for candidates that aren't on anyone else's ballot. I've seen too many elections where all candidates are so bad that none should win.
