Hi,
I am looking for a 20" barreled 6.5 CM, bolt action, synthetic stock and a stainless steel barrel.
I am finding several with a 22" barrel, but not much in a 20" barrel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's not difficult to find somebody that can make a 22" barrel into a 20". It's much harder to go the other way.

I was hopeing to not have to spend a grand and Then have to send it out to be cut down for extra $. I just seen a Winchester XPR SR that had a 20" barrel, not stainless but with a synthetic stock.

Cabelas has the Savage 110 Ultralite on clearance ($350 off) right now with another 10% off if ordered tonight. I think there's another 5% if you're a veteran. It's blackened stainless with a threaded Proof carbon wrapped 22" barrel. It's been tempting me

Bill Is 2" really a game changer for your use? I has several rifles chambered in 6.5 CM and really like the Kimber Hunter with a 22" barrel for a walking around coyote and whitetail rifle.

A Winchester XPR ranks right down there with the Savage Axis as probably being among the last rifles that I would buy regardless of the price.

I was hopeing to not have to spend a grand and Then have to send it out to be cut down for extra $. I've cut a couple of rifles and several shotguns. It ain't rocket science and cost me next to nothing. Especially if it is a SS barrel with no sights. They all worked fine with no loss of accuracy.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.
