If a guy could get a Burger King Whopper with McDonald's Fries and an A&W Root Beer - all in one package at one place, probably worth 15 bucks minimum. Agree! Micky D has good fries , but my favorite fry is the crinkle fries you don’t see anymore. Yesterday neighbors bought me the Whopper meal with a coupon under $7. Normally around $ 12, same as McDonald’s. You guys probably don’t have In and Out hamburgers. About $8 for the basic meal. Top notch but I don’t like their fry’s.

Culvers for the win, MikD sucks balls anyway. They are both exorbitant for what you get, but I feel less Fuct at Culvers.

Keep hiring big lipped, knuckle dragger low IQ humanoids. What your profits continue to tank. What are they handing out in free product to friends and fambly via that drive out window. Not to mention their punk ass attitudes towards occasional customers.
Keep playing the “mcflurra masheen be broke” bullshît too

They jacked their prices up under the disguise of inflation.
Serves ‘em right. Now it costs me $12-15 to get lunch there. I quit going.
I probably hit more elk with a pickup than you have with a rifle. I have yet to see anyone claim Leupold has never had to fix an optic. I know I have sent a few back. 2 MK 6s, a VX-6, and 3 VX-111s.

The issue is minimum wage raises. You can't pay some pimpled fry dipper $20/hr and still sell those fries for a buck. The last time the federal minimum wage was raised was 15 years ago. How does minimum wage raises explain McDonald's jacking up prices in those states that are still at $7.25 an hour, which is probably half the states?

The UPS job cut is probably related to all the seasonal help the hire every year and then lay them off. They do it every year....this isn't a surprise!

It is indeed more than just minimum wage. As always, things are more complex.
But you can lay most of this at the feet of the current administration. Inflation raises the cost of everything from the farm to the trucks to the processors to the suppliers, to the individual stores, and -- yes--to the employees wages.
In the defense of eateries, if they don't raise prices, they go out of business. That's it, plain and simple.

McDonald's is the only drive through here in town and I rarely even bother as the food has become not good and the line is sometimes out to the highway.
But last week I drove into town quick and picked up a couple burgers for my dad and I(got a McDouble for his big Rez pup). It was damn $20 for the burgers!(no drinks or fries)
I will say it's all native kids working and they are great, friendly and of pleasant nature. But..... The food just isn't near as good as it used to be.

The only thing they had worth eating was their salads. Then they quit making them when covid started. I haven't been back to see if they have them again.

I haven't eaten at a McNastys in years. Their food is overpriced trash that I wouldn't feed to my dog.

Surprising considering the low-quality garbage meat McD's uses.
