A case like this doesn’t take a Constitutional scholar to parse the simplicity of our Founding Fathers intent when they established that the CITIZENS are the ones who decide who they want to represent them, not unelected dipshits wearing black dresses.
We need a system in place that allows us to remove these corrupt puppets, try them and hang them for their treason, corruption, political discrimination and intentional incompetence.

On talk radio today it sounded like its 8-1 now, sotamayor was the one in question. It sure would make a good statement if it came back 9-0

The talking heads on the radio are saying that the Supreme Court Ruling will be very Narrowly Tailored towards CO, and will not affect others States like Main, Hawaii and others.

It could be 9-0, but if I was gonna hedge I'd say 8-1 because of Sotamayor, she is ALWAYS tight liberal it seems. Kagen and Kanje Jackson surprisingly sometimes use legal thought in their decisions and make the liberals mad. Sotamayor......maybe will vote with the rest if she feels enough pressure because she will look like an out of touch kook, but don't count on it.
