Thanks to all those who've ordered. Lugging boxes of books, both from our "warehouse" (a 5x10' storage unit) and to the post office helps keep me in shape during winter!

For some reason, the Sausage Season book is flying off the shelves. I think it's a great book, but I wrote it. More important, I wrote it because I wasn't very happy with my cased sausages, so I spent two years talking to people and trying to figure out why venison and fat didn't work the same as commercially sold pork shoulder. Lots of 'mistakes' later, lots of money also buying How to Make Sausage books written by folks only using commercial meat, I found the answer. And I have yet to stop making new flavored sausages, which is why each book comes with a print out with several more sausages. You don't stop. Once you know how.

Two days left in the sale, which ends tomorrow at midnight.
Thanks again for helping to keep me in shape, especially during the subzero weather we've been having! It got down to -36 on Friday night--but only -20 last night! Things are looking up, and the forecast is for an above-zero high on Tuesday!

Bound to make you proud that your garden is in and your freezers are full. Those temps would shut our world down in this part of the country.
Getting "major" winter storm warnings for tomorrow with 2-5" of snow.....we haven't seen major snow here in 3 years. Bless you and Eileen for the insight you give us here!!
