Has not been shot, which is surprising given the fact doves land right on top of it. Runs on 4 AAs, not included. Always stored without batteries installed, no corrosion issues. Wings are bi-colored white/black, removable, and held on with magnets. Ground stake breaks down into three pieces for easy transport / storage.
