I have this lot of parts from an estate that I picked up a few years ago. Trying to determine the origin and model these parts belong to. The swivels look similar to Winchester Deluxe swivels from model 71s, 70s. I actually used the one set of swivels on my 71 Deluxe. The owner shot military rifles in competition, Camp Perry and Palma matches, and some of the stuff I figured out. This lot I have not. Any guesses? Thanks
A bowhunter at heart but a gun guy at soul. I'll take craftsmanship, wood and blue steel over plastic and composite any day.
The three on the top row are really close to the ones that were put on the butt of US marked Remington 40-X rifles. The forward swivel was usually incorporated into the front hand stop.
