Phone down this AM, & my hot spot iffy. But not near as bad or as long as when the server in Atlanta that's the hub for my area was bombed. Then it all went down, for days.

If the schit were to hit the for real, I fully expect this might be the one of the first attacks, the info highway. Card readers all over inoperable, folks to unprepared to have cash suddenly loosing purchasing abilities. The list goes on.

We've put all our communications & financial availability in one basket. Ain't seen nothin yet.

I can't fathom the folks who carry no cash.
Don't have a couple thousand stashed for an emergency.

A co- worker has got caught several times when the systems are down.
Can't buy a can or 5 gallons of gas. A 60 year old man should know better,
unless he is retarded it should only happen ONCE.

Wife works in a gas station, the credit card payment systems are mostly
satellite based. And they are down more often thawould think.

My phoned was working but my ipad wouldn't work on the cell. Ipad did work in the house on my wireless wifi connection.
Didnt cause me any trouble getting through my day but a good reminder to be prepared.

Just the night before last we got a boil water notice message from the water department. They busted a line , lost pressure and needed to retest the water was ok. Still on that notice.
