Wasn’t it a couple of years back Cops went to the wrong address, seems like San Antonio, Tx but I may be wrong. Kicked the door in middle of the night and home owner smoked one of the cops. Seems like home owner got sent up for murder. Heck I could be confused but remember something like that.
No win situation if Cops cut down on you even if they are wrong.

If they do, or don't, this question assumes you are armed, they will use your gun at the scene as evidence to support their actions.

I can even partially understand how it happened. It isn’t excusable at all but they were called to a suspected break in. The police show up walk around the house and see the broken window. When they nock on the door a woman with a gun in her hand comes to the door. So I get being on edge and thinking that they have a shooter.
The horrible use of firearms is over the top bad. Mag dump after mag dump without aiming and both of them tried shooting without releasing the slides after reloads. One of the cops forgot to rack the slide after it hadn’t stayed locked back after her last mag dump. She was still trying to shoot with no clue why it wouldn’t fire.
It wasn’t even an overly high stress situation. They perceived it as such but nobody was trying to kill them. The only ones shooting and trying to kill someone were the panicked police.

At the point you start shooting cops, you become the definite bad guy. These women cops were fu cking idiots. The best thing to do in that instance is find a place to shelter, call 911, and tell them that these cops are shooting at you for no reason!!!! Somehow, we have went from someone having to present a threat, to the presence of a gun being enough to justify shooting.
Or, the suspected presence of a gun. How many shootings have we seen where they thought they saw a gun? Four officers gun down a guy who barely speaks English, was terrified because he was from a very corrupt country. He pulled his wallet, they killed him.
We always hear how the cops are held accountable?
Those four walked out of court with no repercussions.
