They have seen the writing on the wall, peaceful cooperation isn't possible with the US empire mentality. Russia and BRICS are forging mutually beneficial relations while the West founders under the collapsing Dollar financial order based on fraud backed by threat of military enforcement. That paradigm is dead as NATO on the plains of Ukraine, and the whole planet knows it.
