Exactly right. Wayne's handpicked replacement, Andrew Arulanandam was picked to cover Wayne's retreat and protect Wayne's loot while he gets away.
He has got to go. All you need to do is do some searches on Mr. Arulanandam and his involvement in the NRA and you will find him so to speak being Wayne's bodyguard the whole time.
