Did I read somewhere that members need X number of posts before they can send or receive a PM?

I just sold someone on here 357 super mag brass and he only had one post ? ...... Paid promptly and he could send and receive messages !?

It’s just a haphazard requirement in my experience. I’ve also sent and received a message recently with a user that had fewer than 10 posts. 🥴

Those who were members when the rule was implemented were grandfathered in. I absolutely despise those who make useless posts just to get their minimum count. It does nothing to garner trust.
