Scopes:
1. Meopta MeoPro 3-9x42 ZPlex
2. Meopta MeoPro 3-9x42 BDC/a
3. Meopta MeoPro 3.5-10x44 ZPlex

Rifles:
A. Rem 700SS Mountain Rifle in 7mm-08.
B. Rem 700 BDL 30-06.
C. Rem 700 SPS BDL in 270Win

All the scopes weigh about the same so not concerned about that. These are all set it and forget it rigs. 99% of my hunting is whitetails at 100yds or less with an occasional elk hunt in Colorado. I still have a pronghorn hunt I want to do as well. I am curious how others would decide to solve this puzzle.

Put the one you regard as the best on the rifle you use the most. They’re so similar, I don’t see any particular advantage to any of them.

What fresh Hell is this?

1-A for whitetails
2-B could use bdc reticle for longer range elk, pronghorn, mule deer
3-C good for everything

I would put the scopes on “A”.

I'd be more worried about hunting with 700's than those good scopes. Snork. Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

If I had to pic one, I would put the Meopta MeoPro 3.5-10x44 ZPlex on the 06 for elk. But any combination will work for either application. I would put more thought into using the proper/best bullet for your intended target, (whitetails, elk, pronghorn, mule deer.)

I'd put the BDC scope on whichever you expect to be your 1st choice for the pronghorn and flip a coin where the other 2 should go.
