I have one issue with them that I can't figure out. How do you keep the chain oil from leaking during storage. I have turned them every way. Makes a mess!

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

Maybe try opening and closing the cap in the oil tank. No guarantee but won't hurt to try it
