The laws you grew up with become the norms. I grew up in England where even an air rifle was a strange and exotic thing. Never questioned why firearms were largely nonexistent, didn’t conceive of a right to own guns. Teens through college in NY State, bought rifles shotgun as a teenager, don't recall wanting a handgun, most people didn’t have them, I didn’t question that.

Wasn't too long ago when no women were politicians due to "temperament." Things sure have gone to sh-t since then.

She says the right things and looks good doing it. As president, she says she would not "come after our guns." But would she appoint judges who would undermine the Second Amendment? That's the big question I'd have.

I agree with Birdwatcher, the way you are raised has a big influence on your beliefs and your position on the issues. Sometimes people change their position when presented a different point of view, sometimes not. Hard to know. Like others have said, I question the integrity of our election process and have no faith in the outcome. No telling how long it has been corrupt.

The 2nd Amendment codifies the right "To Keep and Bear Arms".

We have a right to "keep and bear" arms for recreation, hunting, milita use, face shooting tyrants, ect. There is no qualifiction to the arms we can "keep and bear".

Those of you that wish to restrict arms simply because you don't use or own those arms need to get right with the 2nd Amendment. You're just the same as the Fudds wanting to restrict black guns. The other side of the same coin.
