Lest anyone misinterpret this, these are basically just an expression of the will of the conservative constituency to the republicans in state office and amount to little more than survey questions at this point. On the other hand, one of the reasons Dade Phelan is likely to lose his place on the ballot for the general election is that he ignored a similar set of "survey questions" during the last primary. The Paxton impeachment was the icing on the cake.
